ISH Series of ARSUN is a ‘FIXED GANTRY – MOVING TABLE – BED TYPE’ machine; comprises of well-ribbed bed-ways, thick-walled rigidly built gantry and work-table. All these major parts are made of low vibration graded cast iron and the machine is mounted on heavy-duty steel fabrication for rigidity and stability.

Comes with standard equipment like stepper motors & micro-stepping drives, ball screws, LMGs, 1.5kw x 24000 rpm water-cooled spindle motor, which all-to-gather with its sturdy construction offers the vibration-free smooth movement of all axes while working.

2D and 3D Engraving

Capable of 2D & 3D Engraving on most of material: i.e., C.I., M.S., Carbon Steel, Aluminum, Copper, Brass as well as Wood, Plywood, MDF, Fiber, Acrylic, Nylon and other plastics.

CNC Controller

Full featured PC-based 32bit CNC Controller.
The controller enables to use EMC2 standard G-Codes / M-codes for 3D operations.
Allows direct import of DXF, BMP, JPG & HPGL files through LazyCam.
Visual G-code display.

This ‘TRAVELLING GANTRY-FIXED TABLE’ machine is having more weight carrying capacity with a small footprint. Its major parts – table, gantry, and slide are made of graded cast iron, which offers rigidity and vibration-free movement of all axes.

2D & 3D Engraving

The machine is suitable for wood, MDF, fiber, acrylic, nylon & other plastic material, soft metals i.e. aluminum, brass and copper, and for light engraving work on MS and SS material!
